Crossover are proud to deliver the audiovisual systems for the Roundhouse's creative studios.
Three multi-functional studios is equipped for a range of activities, such as rehearsals, filming, circus activities, presentations, community groups and hybrid videoconferencing events.
Along with the studios, the purpose project are a house a co-working space and podcast studio.
A key element of Crossover’s successful bid for the project is the bespoke app-like control system that delivered to allow Roundhouse staff to reconfigure the AV in the studios from a touch panel with intuitive activity-based button options.
The Roundhouse launch a new co-working space and development programme for young freelancers working in the creative industries.
It will offer membership to up to 15,000 people each year and is open to those aged 18 to 30 who are working as freelancers or entrepreneurs in the creative industries.

Areas of focus range from music and architecture to marketing, web development, and beyond. Resident Advisor reports that 60 per cent of members will be drawn from disadvantaged areas.
Alongside providing a co-working space with private meeting rooms and more, Roundhouse Works will offer free workshops, talks and events via its Self Made Series to help with career development. Workshops and courses will encompass music production, performance arts, podcasting and the music business.
It will also host social events to help members network and mindfulness sessions such as yoga to boost wellbeing. Free hot drinks and fast Wi-Fi are also promised as pack of the membership package.
The Roundhouse raised £8million to fund the venture from private and corporate donations. Roundhouse Works' brochure states that it was additionally supported using public funding from Arts Council England.
The team did a great job designing and installing the AV for our new spaces. Due to delays in the building being handed over they were happy to work alongside a lot of other contractors which can't have been easy. The kit installed is simple to use and both sounds and looks great.
