๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ด๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ At the interview stage, we saw someone who not only had significant technical expertise, but also a strong background of working at various stages of the lifecycle of AV projects: design, delivery, and real-world ongoing usage of complex AV systems. Our conversations pointed towards someone whose work we hoped would show a high level of genuine personal care, and an integral desire to deliver excellent results. We have been delighted so far โ heโs fit into the team really well, and the work heโs doing is really to the highest of standards.
๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฏ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป In his role, Richard will play a key part in delivering excellent commissioning of the equipment we install, as well as tailored, helpful end-user training for our customers. This is such a crucial part of the overall project delivery, and one of the key parts where we see that Crossover distinguishes from other AV Systems Integrators.
Weโve got a busy Summer ahead for Richie and the rest of the project delivery team โ and some lucky clients who are going to get some great new AV environments!
